how much does shipping cost?

  • usa domestic: $8* flat rate for all orders.
  • international: $25 flat rate for all orders.
  • *free usa domestic shipping on all orders over $100.

i’m in brooklyn! can i pick up my order?

  • we’d love to see you! local pickup is available in bed-stuy every friday between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
  • how to do it: select "local pickup" at checkout. once your order is placed, email friinyc@gmail.com to coordinate your pickup window.

do you offer expedited shipping?

  • to keep our rates consistent, we only offer standard shipping at this time. we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance if you have a specific deadline.

do you offer international shipping?

  • yes!
  • duties & taxes: all international orders are subject to customs duties and vat as determined by your local government. these are not included in our shipping rates.
  • 2026 update: many regions have removed "tax-free" limits. even small orders will likely incur a local tax or processing fee upon arrival.
  • refused packages: if you refuse a package to avoid customs fees, we will refund you minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.

how can i track my package?

  • you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. check your spam folder if you don't see it within 3 business days.

my tracking says "delivered" but it's not here.

  • please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark items early).
  • check with neighbors or common "hidden" spots.
  • if it’s still missing after one full business day, email us at friinyc@gmail.com.

when will i receive my order?

  • domestic: 5–8 business days once it leaves our studio.
  • international: 10–20 business days once it leaves our studio.
  • processing: please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pack and prep your order.

what is your return policy?

  • we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • items must be free of scents, pet hair, or signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.

how do i start a return?

  • email friinyc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. we will provide the return address and instructions.

who pays for return shipping?

  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs. we recommend using a trackable service.

can i exchange for a different size?

  • since we produce in small batches, we can’t guarantee stock. the fastest way to get a new size is to return your original item and place a new order.

what if my order is damaged?

  • we inspect every piece, but if we missed something, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

will these shrink?

  • because we use 100% premium cotton, minor shrinkage can occur. machine wash cold and tumble dry low (or hang dry for extra crispness).

is everything really non-toxic?

  • FRii was born out of a need for pieces that are kind to sensitive skin. we prioritize 100% natural fibers and non-synthetic blends to ensure every garment is safe, breathable, and soft.
  • note: while we stick to natural materials, any specific exceptions or alternative fabrics will always be clearly noted on the individual product page.

why is everything so big?

  • our "signature oversized" fit is intentional—designed for comfort, movement, and longevity.
  • most pieces can be worn for 2–3 seasons by cuffing the sleeves and rolling the waist.

when should i size down?

  • only if you prefer a tailored, classic fit.
  • we recommend staying true to size for the intended look.
