how much does shipping cost?

when will i receive my order?

domestic: 5–8 business days once it leaves our studio.
international: 10–20 business days once it leaves our studio.
processing: please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pack and prep your order.

i’m in brooklyn! can i pick up my order?

we’d love to see you! local pickup is available in bed-stuy every friday between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
how to do it: select "local pickup" at checkout. once your order is placed, email friinyc@gmail.com to coordinate your pickup window.

do you offer expedited shipping?

to keep our rates consistent, we only offer standard shipping at this time. we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance if you have a specific deadline.

do you offer international shipping?

yes!
$25 flat rate for all international orders.
duties & taxes: all international orders are subject to customs duties and vat as determined by your local government. these are not included in our shipping rates.
2026 update: many regions have removed "tax-free" limits. even small orders will likely incur a local tax or processing fee upon arrival.
refused packages: if you refuse a package to avoid customs fees, we will refund you minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.

how can i track my package?

you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. check your spam folder if you don't see it within 3 business days.

my tracking says "delivered" but it's not here.

please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark items early).
check with neighbors or common "hidden" spots.
